How can I reserve a conference room?

To reserve a conference room:

Open Outlook and go to the calendar as if you were going to create an event
Create a new event
After filling out all the information in the location section you can start to type in the name of the conference room (IE: Tigers Training Room)
The program should auto fill or show suggested rooms and show its availability
Once you have set the room as your location and sent your event invite you will get 2 (one to notify that the request was received and another saying that "said room has accepted your request"
You're done!

How can I check all engagement workpapers?

How do I add my headshot to my email?

To add or edit your headshot on your Outlook profile:

navigate to the Outlook sign in page in a browser and sign in
Click on the circle and blank profile avatar in the top right to open up a profile overview
Click on the enlarged profile circle to add or change your picture
Click "upload a new photo" to upload your headshot that should have been sent to you when you started. (if you do not have it - don't hesitate to ask someone from the marketing team)
Once it is uploaded you can crop to your desired fit then click "apply"

It may take a couple of hours to populate with other users and your native Outlook application.

I have a computer problem, who can help me?

There are a few ways to submit an IT ticket if you are having problems with your computer or anything IT related (excluding the HHM website and Connect - those are handled by the marketing department):

In the Teams app, you can submit a ticket through Zendesk (if you don't see it on the left navigation menu, click the 3 dots/more and you can click to add Zendesk)
You can email helpdesk@hhmcpas.com which will automatically create a ticket for you in Zendesk
In Connect you can click on "IT Resources" from the quick menu on the dashboard or go to the IT tab to open a ticket

I am getting an error when trying to edit a T-letter in ProSystems, what do I do?

If anyone is receiving this error pop up when trying to edit a T-letter in ProSystems, this is how to fix it:

I need to send someone our logo, what do I send?

You can send the marketing department a request by going to the marketing tab on Connect and filling out the Marketing request form or by following this link.

How can I change or update my information?

To make changes to your information on the website you can submit an Information Change Request form.

It can also be found on the Connect Dashboard or by going to the marketing tab > marketing forms > "information Change Form" on the right navigation tab.

Information on Connect (the directory) can only be changed by you by going to "Profile" under the Marketing Points header from the dashboard. Here you can change your directory listing information, email, and change your password.

How do I setup/change my email signature?

Email signatures are managed through CodeTwo (you may have seen the logo show up on your Outlook toolbar). To make changes to your email signature you can submit an Information Change Request form.

It can also be found on the Connect Dashboard or by going to the marketing tab > marketing forms > "information Change Form" on the right navigation tab.

How can I get/order more swag? How do I redeem my free new hire swag item?

HHM swag offers branded swag for purchase. The Swag Shop can be found on the marketing tab of connect or by following this link.

All FT employees get their first swag item free (see discount code at check out) and all other purchases are 50% after reimbursement.

How do I change information on my email signature?

We manage all of our email signatures through a program called CodeTwo. Once you are set up you will automatically see the CodeTwo icon show up in your Outlook. To make changes you can login to your Connect dashboard and click "Information Change Request" or simply follow this link.

You can also find this by going to the Marketing tab > Marketing Forms > Information Change Request

How do I use the digital business card/QR code?

You can also save your QR directly to your photos or open it from the Connect App

Once you have downloaded the QR code to your phone it's easy to share:

1 - Open the QR code on your phone's digital wallet

2 - Have the person you are sharing it with scan the QR code it will prompt a link to click and open

3 - (iPhones) follow the prompts to "allow access" and "download contact"

(Androids) should automatically download - if not, you can accept the prompts

**On the contact page in the browser, it gives the person you shared with to also share their contact information with you. Once they fill out the information, you will get an email within 24 hours.

How can I change my bank account information for my direct deposit?

To change your direct deposit information you can download this form and send it to HR.

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

Go to office.com
Click "sign in"
Enter your email when prompted
Click the "forgot my password" option
Enter your email address and fill out the Captcha info
Select the option for Two Factor Use, fill our the necessary information if prompted
Enter your new password
Click finish
Go and sign in using your new Microsoft/Windows/Netgain password

I've had a qualifying event, how do I make changes to my policy?

Email HR to have your enrollment opened through Self Source. You’ll have 30 days to update your plans!

What is self source and how do I use it?

HHM provides all employees with a self-service employee portal called Self-Source. This allows you to perform the following activities online:

Review and change personal information (address, phone number, office info, emergency contacts)
Submit licensing and certification information
View current & previous salary, organization, & status
Manage benefits selections (view and enroll during open enrollment)
View company directory
Update skills
Ask questions or make suggestions

Client Setup

I submitted an engagement letter, now what?

You should receive a confirmation email from Connect with your submission. You can expect communication from the responsible department regarding your submission.

*Please note: Our standard turnaround time outside of tax season is 1-2 business days, but during tax season, it may take extra time due to the high volume and steady influx of requests that our small team handles. A due date will help us prioritize and manage the order of incoming requests. Please note that a request sent on a Saturday or Sunday does not count towards the turnaround time allotted.

How do I update y HSA or 401(k) payroll deductions?

How do I get reimbursed for expenses?

If you have any expenses that can be reimbursed (taking client to lunch, buying new team member lunch, etc) you will have to submit an expense report. First, reach out to accounts payable to have a BeanWorks account set up.

Once you have done that you can submit reports for reimbursement via the app or on a desktop.

I have Beanworks, now what?

When are expenses due to get reimbursed?

Expense reports are to be submitted 3 business days prior to the payout dates (10th and 25th of each month).

Client Setup

I submitted an engagement letter but I need to make changes, what do I do?

You can email newclientsetup@hhmcpas.com - the best way is to reply/fwd the confirmation email you received and send it to them.
