**In the Main billing screen**
1. On the Client Tab
2. Use the + sign to expand the client
3. Select Actions>Print>Print edit on the invoice to preview
4. Cancel when done.
**While invoicing a client**
1. After making billing decisions and editing the invoice.
2. Instead of clicking Preview
3. Select Print>Print Edit to view what the invoice will look like.
**On the Invoices Tab | For invoices in Posted or Final status.**
1. Select Actions>Print>Reprint final invoice.
2. Check Print paper copy and click OK.
3. Invoice will Preview in Print window.
4. Cancel and click OK when done.
**For Invoices in other status**
1. Select Actions>Print>Print edit.
2. Cancel when done.
