Our standard turnaround time outside of tax season is 1-2 business days, but during tax season, it may take extra time due to the high volume and steady influx of requests that our small team handles. A due date will help us prioritize and manage the order of incoming requests. Please note that a request sent on a Saturday or Sunday does not count towards the turnaround time allotted.
