Benefits
This document was prepared exclusively for full-time employees of HHM. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited. Please contact Human Resources if you have any questions regarding your benefits plan. Below is some general information about insurance options:
- If you wish to not enroll in health, dental, and/or vision insurance with HHM at this time, please review the Alternate Health Coverage sheet that describes another option HHM offers in lieu of insurance.
- Blue Cross Blue Shield provides medical insurance.
- Blue Cross Blue Shield provides dental and vision insurance.
- Lincoln provides voluntary short-term disability insurance and firm-paid life/long-term disability insurances.
- Guardian provides all other supplemental coverages such as additional life, cancer, accident, etc.
- HHM provides employees with Gym Reimbursement. It is available to you if you are enrolled in a gym or health club and not located in the Chattanooga office.
Employee Navigator
HHM provides all employees with a self-service employee portal called Employee Navigator. This allows you to perform the following activities online:
- Review and change personal information (address, phone number, office info, emergency contacts)
- View current & previous salary, organization, & status
- Manage benefits selections (view and enroll during open enrollment)
