HHM Benefits

This guide is designed to provide a general overview of your benefits atHHM. It is not a contract or an official interpretation of the benefit plans. For more detailed information, please refer to your summary plan descriptions or the legal plan documents. Should any questions or conflicts arise, the plan documents will be the final authority in determining your benefits. HHM reserves the right to modify or discontinue the plans at any time. This document was prepared exclusively for full-time employees of HHM. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited. Please contact Human Resources if you have any questions regarding your benefits plan. Below is some general information about insurance options:

  • If you wish to not enroll in health, dental, and/or vision insurance with HHM at this time, please review the Alternate Health Coverage sheet that describes another option HHM offers in lieu of insurance.
  • Cigna provides medical insurance.
  • Guardian provides dental and vision insurance.
  • Lincoln provides any short-term disability insurance you may want and firm-paid life/long-term disability insurances.
  • Guardian provides all other supplemental coverages such as additional life, cancer, accident, etc.
  • HHM provides employees with Gym Reimbursement. It is available to you if you are enrolled in a gym or health club and not located in the Chattanooga office.

Employee Navigator

HHM provides all employees with a self-service employee portal called Employee Navigator (formerly Self-Source). This allows you to perform the following activities online:
  • Review and change personal information (address, phone number, office info, emergency contacts)
  • Submit licensing and certification information
  • View current & previous salary, organization, & status
  • Manage benefits selections (view and enroll during open enrollment)
  • View company directory
  • Update skills
  • Ask questions or make suggestions
