Paid Time Off accrues over time. The hours above reflect your allowance for the entire year assuming you will remain at the same status for the entire year. If you experience a leave of absence or change in employment status during the year, your allowance will be impacted. If you have questions regarding possible impacts to your paid time off, please contact HR.
Any unused but earned Paid Time Off will remaining at year end will roll into Rolled PTO for the next year. A maximum of 240 hours can be rolled to the next year. If you use more than your annual allotment, a negative amount will be rolled to the next year.
The above is only a summary of certain PTO policies. A new employee handbook will be coming out soon, so please direct any questions regarding the PTO policy to HR.

Personalized Marketing Plan Registration

For Quarter 3 (July-September)

By completing your Personal Marketing Plan we will create a structured action plan for achieving your marketing goals. No matter your department or position, you can still benefit from a plan - not just for marketing points, but also for your own personal and professional development. Please fill out this questionnaire as detailed as you can so that we can be sure to create the most accurate plan for you. Once submitted you can expect an email from someone in the marketing department to schedule a quick 10-15 minute review of the action plan.

Firm Knowledge

Knowing the firm is one of the best things you could do. Not only does it help yourself to know who we are and what we are about - but it will also help you become the best advocate for HHM that you can be.

Business Connections

Business connections are about more than just hitting 500 followers on LinkedIn. Creating good, quality connections can not only help spread awareness for HHM, but it can also lead to referral sources. Attending networking events, sharing your contact information, or even just sending a nice handwritten letter can be the beginning of some great contacts.

Community Involvement

Getting involved in the community can be as easy as helping the marketing department give out umbrellas to nearby businesses or more laborious like helping Habitat for Humanity build a house. HHM offers a ton of great opportunities for you to get involved - no matter what you do, this is an opportunity to no only spread awareness but also feel good for what you are giving back to the community.

Digital Marketing

This is the personal favorite for some, however, it is not the easiest to do. Sharing social posts, being featured in a photo - these are great but do not make an impact on their own. When you share a post, you have to bring some of yourself to it to make it more relatable.

Outreach

Although outreach and business connections go hand in hand, Business connections focus on building current connections and referrals/new lead generation, internal efforts - outreach is geared towards smaller, more targeted external connections. This can be anything from creating a distribution piece for attorneys in the area or giving some cookies to a local business you love to visit - client or not.

Personal/Professional Growth

Listen, we all need a little growth - personally, professionally, and emotionally. Take this opportunity to set some goals for growth. We spend roughly 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week at work - might as well use it for some growing.
