If you wish to bypass the submission form, personal sheets may be sent to marketingpoints@hhmcpas.com. Please make it clear in the email as to what quarter you are submitting for.
Point Submission Dates:
Q1 = January 1st – March 30th
Q2 = April 1st – June 30th
Q3 = July 1st – September 30th
Q4 = October 1st – December 31st
Points should be submitted 10 days following the submission date Gift cards should be distributed 4 weeks (or 28 days) following the submission date

- Some Changes To Point Requirements:
The quarterly required points have increased for some levels so check the requirements carefully: Administration (10), HHM Bookkeeping (10), HHM Wealth (20), Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, Dealership Specialist, Supervisor (25), Manager & Senior Manager (50), Director & Partner (75) - Aligning Firm Objectives With The Marketing Rewards Program:
Historically, our more technical professionals have struggled to successfully participate and benefit from the program. We are trying to change that and will be placing greater emphasis (and point values) on content writing for blogs, articles, and marketing pieces, as well as teaching CPE or participating in online video training or informational content. - New submission form:
Participants are able to submit points quarterly via this form or the link at the end of this email. You can submit as you go, or once a quarter. We will not accept late point submissions any longer. Ample time is provided, and playing catch up is difficult for everyone… so we will stand firm on the submission deadlines. - NEW awards:
We will do a monthly leaderboard for staff, senior accountants, and supervisors, awarding additional gift cards to top earners per
those three categories. This to engage our newer employees and motivate them to focus on business development activities. Quarterly gift cards istill be given to any person who meets his/her quarterly goal. - Marketing trips:
This year, a list of trip dates will be sent out early in the year, and you must select your destination/date before the end of Q1 even though you won’t know whether you will earn enough points to qualify. The current structure makes the trip planning almost impossible so streamlining and simplifying is our goal this year. - Rules:
You must hit 3 out of 4 quarters, points wise, to qualify for the trip. Cumulative points can be used to determine trip eligibility, but you'll miss out on the quarterly gift cards if you do not reach the quarter goals - there will be no "catch up" on gift cards going forward. - I'm an Intern OR a part time employee... can I play too?:
The program participants must be a full-time employee. Because remember... excellent client service leads to marketing and business development opportunities.
